Comcast’s Consumer Research & Insights team provides research support and market research insights across Comcast’s divisions and product lines. The Consumer Research & Insights team executes quantitative and qualitative market research projects to support the organization in making informed decisions based on insightful market research data.
The Consumer Research & Insights team is seeking a Senior Market Researcher on a full-time basis to support various market research activities. This role provides a great opportunity for a dynamic individual to become part of a diverse, high-performing team in a large organization and be exposed to a range of cutting-edge market research methodologies and the research operations mechanism that drives it. This is a full time, hybrid position working EST hours, requiring 3-4 days in the Philadelphia office.
Responsibilities:
Managing research including vendor management, stakeholder management, operational management and tracker consistency
Working in a cross-functional team and coordinating data flow from multiple sources both internal and external
Provide project management and analytical support for various initiatives, including creating detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones, and effectively managing resources to meet project objectives within scope, budget, and timeline constraints
Support survey design by collaborating with stakeholders to understand research objectives, designing survey instruments, and implementing quality control measures to ensure data accuracy and reliability
Create ad-hoc reports utilizing various data sources, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making
Provide succinct updates to Managers and clients, including regular progress reports, key findings, and recommendations, demonstrating a proactive and transparent approach to communication and stakeholder management
