OGC is a boutique research and consulting agency specializing in data-driven strategy, quantitative analytics, and Customer Experience (CX) program design and optimization. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations across a variety of industries, including Financial Services, Specialty Retail, Telecommunications, Hospitality and Software, helping them to gain a deep understanding of their customers, develop actionable insights, and improve business processes.


We are seeking a full-time Senior Market Research and Insights Analyst to join our team and support the development and execution of both our CX and Market research practices. This role provides a great opportunity for a curious, self-starter to become part of a high-performing team, and implement a hands-on approach to data exploration, manipulation, and database extraction automation. This will help our clients with mapping and documenting various data structures and platforms, eventually creating a curated, more approachable pattern of data retrieval. 


This is a full time, hybrid position working EST hours, requiring 3-4 days in the Philadelphia office.

The ideal candidate for this position is a bright, independent, detail-oriented individual, who is passionate about using data to help improve the customer experience. In this role, you will work directly with our clients and deliver consulting projects to senior stakeholders. This position provides an excellent opportunity to apply your strong analytical background to the Customer Experience domain, while working directly with global, Fortune 500 companies.


Responsibilities:

  • Work in a cross-functional team managing global customer experience and market research programs

  • Provide project management and analytical support for various initiatives

  • Support survey design, stakeholder management, and navigate bottlenecks

  • Pulling, combining, and cleaning data from multiple sources

  • Creating ad-hoc reports utilizing various data sources

  • Handle internal communications with relevant teams to ensure project success

  • Provide succinct updates to Managers and clients

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Management, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field from a top university.

  • 2-5 years experience in market research, Customer experience management or related fields.

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Demonstrated experience and interest in survey-based market research and a fundamental understanding of generating insights from research data.

  • Strong interest in storytelling and data visualization.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with your team while maintaining the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to learn new technological/analytical tools and methodologies quickly.

  • Excellent attention to detail, storytelling, and communication skills.

  • Strong workflow management skills including time management, prioritization, project planning and implementation.

  • Familiarity with survey programming tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Decipher, Qualtrics, Suzy, My-Take etc.).

  • Proficiency in dashboard management with Tableau and Power BI - A significant advantage.
